Book

So Adara and I have decided to finally write that kids book we've been talking about for so long. We'll try to keep you all updated with pictures and such as we go. Be prepared this may be a long process but it will have an amazing ending.

Reading and Coloring

I was sneaky and got a couple of pictures of Adara reading and coloring all by herself. It was too cute.

Chef Adara

Adara had her first cooking/baking experience and it was a blast. For her first time I decided we would make muffins. We started out with a basic sweet muffin recipe from Grandma (Joan, mommy's Grandma) and ended up adding a little cinnamon and vanilla to make it special. I don't think we got a shot of the pans that we used but those were Adara's very own baking pans from Gram-Jam. I think we have a truly natural cook in Adara. She "read" the recipe, and helped me whisk, stir, and combine everything (her and daddy even snuck a taste of the batter...sigh).

3rd Day of Christmas

For our 3rd day of Christmas we stayed at home and Gram-Jam, Gramps (who Adara is calling Bob-Pop for some reason), and Grandpa Leen came over. We had a great dinner and we opened presents after.
